8 September - First Day Of UPT

All,

Today was my first day of Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) at Laughlin AFB, Texas!!!

It was the first day in a complex 53 week program that will undoubtedly the hardest thing I will ever do! Should be exciting!!! Here are some important dates:

8 September 2009- 22 October 2009 : Phase I - Academics
23 October 2009 - 1 April 2010 : Phase II - Flying the T-6
2 April 2010 - October 2010 : Phase III - Flying the ______????

Party Dates (Family Invited):
_ _ 1 April 2010 : Track Selection (Next trainer aircraft announced)
_ _ September 2010 : Drop Night (Specific Aircraft assigment)
_ _ October 2010 : Graduation (Mandatory Family Event) =}
